By using o-lesa.com and the O·LESA services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What we offer
O·LESA is an aggregator of LLM models and AI agents billed in USDT. The service provides access to third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) through a single interface and a single balance.
2. What we expect from you
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need a Web3 wallet to sign in.
- You won't use the service for illegal activity, including forbidden content generation, phishing, spam, or attacks.
- You won't use the service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Payments and refunds
- USDT-only, via NOWPayments or directly on supported chains.
- Balance is credited automatically after on-chain confirmation.
- Refunds of unused USDT balance are possible on request to the support email, provided the balance hasn't been spent beyond reasonable demo usage.
- Request cost depends on the model provider and token count. The final price is computed when the response finishes and debited from your balance.
4. Limitations
- AI model outputs may be wrong. Don't use them as the sole source for medical, legal, financial or similar decisions.
- We're not responsible for outages of model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or payment networks.
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual property
- Your inputs remain yours.
- Model outputs — subject to each provider's licence. Most (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) permit commercial use of outputs.
- The O·LESA brand, the website design, and our code are ours. Don't reuse them without permission.
6. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend access if we detect a breach of these terms (in particular abuse or attacks on our infrastructure). On account deletion any unused balance is returned to the wallet address within 7 days.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect — via a site banner or by email/Telegram.
